At the heart of Tropical Kitchen, the Latte & Matcha Bar extends the experience of a refreshing and colorful escape. Cold-pressed juices, creamy lattes, innovative matcha drinks, and signature mocktails are available throughout the day, and you can customize them with a touch of protein, collagen, or spirulina. A light, energizing break, designed to keep you going from morning all the way to the poolside.

As the day draws to a close, Tropical Kitchen shifts gears. The rolls give way to a more relaxed menu, where citrus-infused fish, grilled dishes, and vegetarian options invite you to take your time and share.
