The information collected by 369 Degres and which is essential to meet the aforementioned purposes is identified by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not complete these mandatory fields. 369 Degres may not be able to provide the service concerned.
Your data is collected directly by 369 degrés or may have been transmitted to us by our business partners (in particular, companies in which 369 degrés directly or indirectly holds majority stakes).
Data recipients :
This data is accessed mainly by the 369 degrees Communications and Information Systems Departments.
Your personal data may be communicated to third parties, partners and/or subcontractors of 369 degrés. In particular, these are companies in which 369 degrés directly or indirectly holds a majority stake, as well as subcontractors involved in hosting and/or IT maintenance. Subcontractors acting on the instructions of 369 degrés will be required to implement appropriate protection measures.

For job applicants :
In the context of your job application, we inform you that 369 Degrees will act as Data Controller in order to protect your personal data.
The personal data provided in connection with your application is necessary for the processing of your application and will be used for the sole purpose of assessing your suitability for the position for which you are applying. This data may relate to your identity, your professional and non-professional activities in connection with the job offered, or the assessment of your professional skills. This processing of personal data serves the legitimate interests of 369 Degrees and is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures. When you submit your application, you will be informed whether the data requested is mandatory or optional. You may choose not to provide optional information. In the case of compulsory information, failure to reply will prevent 369 degres from processing your application.
Personal data concerning you will have been transmitted to us directly by you or by one of our employees (in the case of co-optation) or by one of our partners (recruitment company).
The personal data you provide will be processed directly by the Human Resources Department and by the operational managers of the department involved in recruitment, as well as by the Information Systems Department (as part of its IT maintenance missions).
If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be kept for 2 years after the last contact.
